Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Files you upload, used only to create your AR or 3D model. Uploaded originals are deleted right after conversion (and in any case within 3 days); video frames are deleted when the 3D model is finished.
• The models we create (USDZ, GLB, preview image), stored so your links keep working. Anyone with a model link can open it, so share links with care.
• Your email address (to sign you in with a one-time code), your credit balance and conversion history.
• Payment data is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, to limit the free conversion to one per person and to prevent abuse.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, don't use your files to train AI models, and don't show ads.

Deletion

Email hello@appxiom.co from your account email and we will delete your account, models and history within 30 days.
