Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of jpgtousdz.com, operated by Appxiom Spark LLC.

Your content

Only upload files you own or have permission to use. You keep all rights to your files and models. You give us the limited permission needed to process and host them for you.

Credits and payments

One free photo conversion per email address. Video to 3D is paid only. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled; monthly credits refill on renewal and do not roll over. One-time bundles and packs do not expire. You are charged only for conversions that finish with files: a failed conversion releases its credit or API balance automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits it bought are removed.

Service

Video to 3D runs in a queue and processing time varies. If a queued video is not processed within 24 hours, it is canceled and not charged. 3D reconstruction depends on the video and may not succeed for shiny, transparent or featureless objects. We provide the service as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Acceptable use

No illegal content, no content that infringes others' rights, no attempts to abuse the free tier or the API.
