MP4 to USDZ
Upload an MP4 of a slow walk-around and get back a textured 3D USDZ, scaled to real height.
Enter one side in cm; the other follows the photo's shape. Empty means 60 cm on the long side.
Walk slowly in a full circle around a matte object in even light. Video jobs go into a queue; if a scan fails, your credit comes back automatically.
How to do it
- Record an MP4 circling the object.
- Upload it and enter the real object height.
- Watch the queue position on the page.
- Download the USDZ and GLB when finished.
MP4 to a 3D object
An MP4 is just a container of moving images, and photogrammetry can use those frames to rebuild an object in 3D. Upload the MP4, enter the object height, and the server returns a USDZ and a GLB.
File limits
- Length between 5 seconds and 5 minutes.
- File size up to 1 GB.
- MP4 is supported, and so are MOV, WebM, MKV and AVI.
Getting a clean result
Record in good light and move slowly so frames stay sharp. Shots with blur or sudden movement give poor reconstructions. An MP4 from an Android phone works just as well as one from an iPhone.
FAQ
Can I use an MP4 recorded on Android?
Yes. Any MP4 that shows the object from all sides can be used.
How long will processing take?
Typically minutes, though the queue can take longer.
Is the file private?
Files are processed only to make the model, and output URLs are unguessable links.
What does it cost?
Video models come from your plan, a Starter bundle, or video packs such as 5 for $15.
