Video to 3D Model

Walk slowly around an object with your phone, upload the video, and get a textured 3D model in USDZ and GLB.

USDZ for iPhoneGLB for AndroidReal height

Enter one side in cm; the other follows the photo's shape. Empty means 60 cm on the long side.

How to do it

  1. Film a slow loop around the object.
  2. Upload the video and enter the real object height.
  3. Wait in the queue while the model is built.
  4. Download the USDZ and GLB or open the viewer link.

How the reconstruction works

The server extracts frames from your video and reconstructs the object with photogrammetry, using Apple Object Capture. The result is a real textured 3D model, scaled to the height you enter.

Video requirements

  • Formats: MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV or AVI.
  • Length: 5 seconds to 5 minutes.
  • Size: up to 1 GB.

Queue and refunds

Video jobs go into a queue. The page shows your position and an estimated wait. Processing typically takes minutes, but the queue can take longer. If a reconstruction fails, the credit is refunded automatically.

Filming tips

  • Choose matte objects. Shiny or transparent surfaces are hard to reconstruct.
  • Use even light without harsh shadows.
  • Make one full slow loop, ideally with a second pass at a different height.
  • Keep the object filling the frame and avoid a moving background.
