USDZ for iPhoneGLB for AndroidReal size

Enter one side in cm; the other follows the photo's shape. Empty means 60 cm on the long side.

How to do it

  1. Upload your JPEG file.
  2. Set the real width or height in cm.
  3. Wait a few seconds for the conversion to finish.
  4. Open the USDZ on iPhone or share the AR viewer link.

JPEG and JPG are the same format

The .jpeg and .jpg extensions describe the same image format. The only difference is that older systems limited extensions to three letters. The converter accepts both without any change to the result.

How the USDZ is built

Your JPEG becomes the surface of a flat model. You set the real width or height in centimeters and the other side follows from the aspect ratio. The file is packaged as USDZ, the format Apple uses for AR Quick Look on iPhone and iPad.

A GLB version is created at the same time, so one upload covers both iOS and Android.

Tips for better JPEG results

  • Use the highest resolution version you have, since the image is shown full size on the model.
  • Crop away borders and table surfaces before uploading if you want only the artwork or product visible.
  • Type the true physical size, for example the frame width, so the AR preview is trustworthy.
